4. Where We'll Store Your Information

We keep your information for as long as you use our services and for a period after. Retention periods vary by data type. After the relevant period, data is securely deleted unless needed for legal claims.

7. Children
BritBox does not direct its services to children under 18 and does not knowingly collect information from them. By using the services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

Tags, pixels and web beacons: Pieces of code embedded in pages that track your interaction with a website or email.
HTTP referrers: Records the page you came from when navigating to a website.
Device fingerprinting: Collects technical data to uniquely identify your device without relying on cookies.
Software Development Kits (SDKs): Small programs in mobile apps used for analytics and advertising.
