Technophobe Regan comes up against a clever computer expert criminal bent on revenge. But at the end of the day, it's Regan's old-fashioned policing that get the results.
Robert Hargreaves, who has an apparently distinguished military background, joins Regan's team. However, Regan has his suspicions after a raid on a gang of ex-soldiers leaves the new copper cowering.
At a stag party, Regan re-encounters an ex-criminal who drunkenly admits that his wealth is due to a robbery he once pulled -- a robbery for which Regan let him go free due to lack of evidence.
An old flame asks for Carter's help in locating her missing partner. Meanwhile, Regan and Haskins suspect the woman's boss of large scale misdemeanors.
